I loved the video. I stayed at the Cincinnati RMH from March 09-July 09. I had to leave my family, friends, and job for four months and move 7 hours away. I had no idea how I was going to make it. Without the RMH I would not have been able to have the surgery done that I needed in order to try and save my unborn babies life. I met many people at the RMH and still keep in contact with them weekly. I found comfort through other families who were facing some of the same struggles as me. RMH was my home for four months and I will never forget the people I met and the difference RMH has made in my life forever.

I’ve given my pop tabs, and I’ve talked about the Ronald McDonald House with very limited knowledge. This video gives me such a great insight as to what the RMH is really all about. Great job on this piece. I’m friends with Josh E. and he was telling me about it along the way as well…I just didn’t think it was going to be THAT good. Ha!

What an amazing film. It choked me up all the way through, however it brought tears at the end. You indeed have a talent that again and again shows you are the best no matter what film you are asked to do.

Steve has captured on film the emotion of thousands of families who, each year, call Cincinnati’s Ronald McDonald House their “home away from home.” One can write about it, talk about or maybe even bottle it. But only Steve could feel it, process it and wrap it up in such a beautiful manner – allowing others to feel it as well. There are many filmmakers out there, but only one Zugelter.

What a fantastic, encouraging, and beautiful film. We feel so blessed to have had the arms of the Ronald McDonald House and its families around us during our our daughter’s illness. It is an amazing place touched by angels every day.
